The geo samples is not having sentrix id and sentrix position. But this information is needed for RnBeads workflow. How to proceed?

Error in Rnbeads workflow The sample annotation file needs sentrix id and sentrix position which is not available for the samples that I'm analysing. How to proceed further?

I suggest you open a new proper question, with code and exact errors plus software versions. This here does not help getting more information.
