Hi All,
I ran BUSCO software to see how complete our draft genome of fish is. Our result shows our fish genome is 93% complete based on BUSCO analysis.
There are 153 BUSCO genes which are fragmented in our fish's genome. I have been trying to figure out the distribution of exons of those fragmented BUSCO genes (where are the exons of those fragmented BUSCO genes located?).
Could any please share their experience on finding exons of a single gene on different scaffolds?
Regards, Niraj
