Is there an online tool where i can input in all my DEGs and see if there is possible link between transcription factors which were differentially expressed and its target genes which were also differentially expressed?

You can look at cytoscape apps like iRegulone

I also came across TRRUST recently, which is a database of TF targets.

Keep in mind that TF regulation is very cell type specific and context dependent. The databases are built from data from various cell-types and different cellular context. So check information relevant to the organism / cell type you are working with.
