Hello. Can I use polyphen, sift and mutation taster for compound heterozygous mutations like c.1312dupC / c.694_722del p.L438PfsX9 / p.lle232ProfsX80 in CNNM4 gene and protein? If it is possible, I would be thankful to explain me how should i use them for compound heterozygous mutations.
