When I used Tgicl pipeline , I met the error when I did rna-denovo assembly. The error was : FATAL ERROR: in query data allocation; may be fixable by changing SEQ_AREA typedef in swat.h and recompiling (see phrap.doc). Error! phrap failure detected (code=256) on: CL1

The command I used was : perl tgicl.nozmsort.pl all.for_claster.fa -l 40 -c 10 -v 25 -O '-repeat_stringency 0.95 -minmatch 35 -minscore 35'
