I have downloaded this data. Now I want to find the corresponding gene expression values using R. So is there a database that I can map the ids to and get the corresponding expression values or any Bioconductor package might help me do this job.

Here's what I tried. I downloaded the median TPM by tissue count from the GTEX portal. Now used my gene names from the protein atlas dataset to search them in the GTEX dataset. For a particular gene, say BCAR3, there are expression values in TPM for different tissues. Now I am interested in kidney only. So I got the corresponding value from the GTEX dataset.

Hi banerjeeshayantan, you post reads like you resolved all your questions. Is that true or is there a question remaining open? In case there is, I'd recommend to rephrase your post to make it easier to help.
