Hello, I want to use source code like Peptide-cutter(https://web.expasy.org/peptide_cutter/) in my python script.

Can you tell me if a similar code exists?

Someone re-implemented peptide cutter in javascript (GitHub repo). They mention taking cleavage sites from the pyteomics package which you may be able to use directly.
