BOLT LMM - invalid heritability estimate error

Hi,

I am trying to perform a GWAS for a variable. There is not a huge sample for it and BOLT-LMM says that the heritability estimate is invalid. I was wondering what exactly does this mean? Is it an error that can't be fixed or is it a technical error that I can fix?
