Interpreting DESeq2 Results (head)

So I did a DESeq2 analysis with R and I dont understand the meanings of the Loci generated when I run > head(result) What is the difference between this result and the result generated with all the representative loci included? Thanks

The head command returns only the first few lines, so you don't have to look through the entire object. You can change the number of lines displayed by using head head(dds, n = 10)
