Looking For Appropriate Software For Ld Plot Using Ssr Markers

Dear all,

I am doing research about association mapping in plant.

I am having problem to make LD plot using SSR markers with the software TASSEL 2.1 because my material is heterozygous and the genotypes are not phased, so TASSEL 2.1 can’t calculate LD.

I am looking for appropriate software that can calculate LD with my material.

We draw our plots with HaploView or HelixTree (by GoldenHelix).

Thanks for your answer. But as I know these software ( HaploView or HelixTree) only works for SNP but not for SSR markers.
