I created ontology with 1224 entities using Protege, but when i open the file it is empty, all the annotations and entities are missing. But it the file size shows 1.6 MB. What is wrong with the owl file. Can someone help
Possibly the file has been corrupted. You will need to post the file to create a reproducible example. Post the file as a gist, then someone could try.
