I am using zinbwave to normalize my data for downstream DESeq2 analysis. I get this error : 'package:stats' may not be available when loadingError in serialize(data, node$con) : error writing to connection I cannot figure it out. Is anyone familiar with this pacage? Thank you in advance!

According to a post on the Bioconductor forum, the warning 'package:stats' may not be available when loading goes away after upgrading the BiocParallel package.
The error Error in serialize(data, node$con) : error writing to connection suggests that one of the parallel processes has died. I don't think this is related to the warning so you'll need to investigate more if updating the BiocParallel package doesn't resolve the matter.

I try to update package "BioParallel", but there is no response in R.
