METAL output direction column contains 0

Would anyone know why the 'direction' column in my output from METAL meta-analysis contains a 0 (rather than a +, -, or ?)?

Hi I just found this issue in my data. I checked back in original summary data in the study indicated as "0" in "direction", I found if the effect size (OR) in the study is 1, then the direction is "0" here, because OR=1 is no association with no direction.
