Closed:Error codes in LDassoc

I’m comparing my GWAS association file with four different populations.

I’m experiencing problems using LDlink - LDassoc. Despite uploading my file in a TSV format with following structure:

   1   rs4970405    1088878    G        ADD     1811     0.8812        -1.17       0.2421

Etc.

I select for rs6983267 in a 500000bp window, however I receive the following error

Association file is missing a p-value for origin variant rs6983267.

8   rs6983267  128482487    T        ADD     1811     0.7218       -4.922     8.57e-07

As you can see, my p value is not missing, and the column selector recognises the last column as the P value.

Likewise, I get the following error:

code: 200 – parsererror

If I try to define a region instead.

What should I do about this? How can I fix it?
