Hi there, I'm trying to calculate the population fix index (FST) for identifying the candidate genomic region under natural selection. But I'm confused that how to choose the appropriate window size and step size. In my study, the LD decay to 0.1 after 80 kb. So I choose 80 kb as the window size. Is it correct? Or is there any criteria for choosing the window size? Thank you very much
