Dear all,

please may I ask for a suggestion :

given a set of scRNA-seq CLUSTERS generated by SEURAT, and

considering a CLUSTER (let's say CLUSTER 0),

what would be the easiest way to split CLUSTER 0 into two sub-CLUSTERS,

based on the expression of a GENE MARKER X ... ?
