How to determine the list of all genes (at least expressed once in RNA Seq Experiment)

Hi Everyone, Please I am new to RNA Sequencing and I need to create a list of all genes that are at least expressed once in a single cell RNA Seq experiment. Is there anyone that has done this before or knows how to do this?
