How do I know Seurat operates on what data? Raw count or scaled.data

Hi! Is there any way to find out what data seurat use to perform analysis? For example, where can I find a detailed information like Findmarkers() use object@data, snd runpca () use [e-mail]? Cellscyclescoring use what form of data? Normalized or scale.data?
