Hi! I want to import .bgen files in Hail but I need to index them first and I'm having some troubles codifying pseudo-autosomal regions and XY regions in Hail. I need to use a dictionary for "contig_recoding" in order to solve this (I think).
Does anyone know how to it properly? Thank you very much!
