Hi, I'm a beginner in bioinformatics. I have a problem with PDB swiss viewer; why this app indicates two structure for any proteins?like this picture

You probably have the "stereo mode" turned ON. Don't remember exactly how to turn it OFF, but could be in "Display" menu.
