Hello.

I'm trying to use Leon to compress genome data. Can I use LEON on ubuntu?

In the installation process, it goes up to 99% of the

sh INSTALL

command, and then it shows this warning and everything fails!!

It shows the same warning for me, and in fact bunch of other warnings after that. Still, it compiles fine in the end. Are you actually getting an error message?

If you are referring to this package then, Yes!

with gcc and g++ version>=4.8 (Linux)
