Gene Ontology Pathway Formation

I want to ask about something i want to make in my data. I have GO of most enriched genes in each library (i have 3 libraries).These libraries of cDNA done by Illlumina Solax seq. How can i detect or visualize the pathway or the trend that takes place in a each library. If there is a program or web server can help in this point.i am biologist and dont have any experience in programming. Thanks

I think you may want to try Go Termfinder, which is a program used for term enrichment analysis. see http://go.princeton.edu/cgi-bin/GOTermFinder You will need your gene list supplied in appropriate ids
