Hi all. I am trying to compare two genomes in ACT. To generate the crunch file I am using Blast installed locally in my computer. After writing the commands, I got this message: No volumes were created Blast database creation error: cannot convert string ´10000000´ to Uint8. Can anyone help me to solve the problem? I have never done this before. Thank you
