Hello,

I have this text file with multiple individuals and their sequence data from positions 16,024-16,383. I couldn't Identify the file format nor converting those sequences to their rCRS/RSRS. I'am a beginner on all of this and i would appreciate any help. Thanks!

It looks to be a sort of munged fasta format, but with no > symbols and a header line. This is no standard format that I'm aware of, so you'll need your own code to extract it.

P.S. it would be better to copy and paste the file content here (or use something like pastebin if it's really large), instead of an image.
