Hi,
I have downloaded a RPKM table from GEO and I couldn't have access to the read files as they were private. I see different methods for discovering deferentially expressed genes consider genes with RPKM>1 and adjusted p value<0.05 as DEG. However, the table that I have downloaded doesn't provide the p values and the columns just include samples. How can I find the deferentially expressed genes with such a table?
