dear all :
I am researching a fish genome ,I collected 10 fish pep fasta file from ensemble and ncbi plus my own fish pep fasta, but orthofinder found no single-copy Orthologues. here is my command"~/miniconda3/bin/orthofinder -t 60 -M msa -f /data/ortho-analyse/pep".any suggestions?
