Recently I started a project in which I have to do bioinformatics and I am new at this. I have to do a GSEA analysis with clusterprofiler, from Bioconductor, and I am not sure how to do this. It says that I need TERM2GENE for that, and I don't manage to get it right. In my data I have a dataframe with several parameters (ensemble gene ID, external gene name, description, log2foldchange, p-value, gene id). I would appreciate if someone could give a hint about it, I don't find what I need online.
