Hi!
I've just used RAxML to calculate a huge tree and then used RAxML again to attribute the Sh support for the same tree.
Everything is fine, except the fact that it, apparently, it ignored some Nodes, especialy some initial big nodes. It doesn't attributed any value for these, not even "0" and I'm puzzled why it happened.
I've searched on the internet and manual looking for some hints on the reasons withot success = (
Any idea why is this happening?
