I am looking for a database that accepts a list of ~200 genes names (not sequences) as input and classifies them on their metastatic potential. The closest option I found is the Human Cancer Metastasis Database (HCMDB) but it is not suitable for batch mode as it does not allow downloading the results and processing them some further. Also, the downloadable files from the db do not link the gene classification to the literature evidence.

Searching in Google scholar revealed a limited number of metastasis databases but these are not generalisable across cancers; they report metastatic potential of genes in a bunch of cancers only.

Any recommendations or insights will be much appreciated.
