LncRNA annotation tools( get ensembl_transcript_id from the position )

Dear all, I am working on the mouse RNA expression data. I have the start position end end position of each ran seq. I would like to get the ensembl_transcript_ids of these RNAseq, like ENSMUST00000161541, is there a fast tool? Thanks in advance! Xinhui
