How Can I Find a list of RNA pairs with no interactions in yeast? I found some pairs of RNA with Interaction but I need to find some without any interaction.

What do you mean by interaction? You need to give a lot more detail on what you are trying to do, and ideally a small subset of your data, and an example of what you want as the results.
