how to get the log file of pip in Conda

Hi all,

I would like to get to know the history of pip in Conda. Because I might update an App using pip, but I cannot recall which version of the previous, so I'd like to check the log file of pip in the hope of obtaining this information. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
