Signal pathway impact analysis

Hello Dears,

I am just wondering if there is a way to apply a Bioconductor package SPIA for KEGG metabolic pathway. I found it interesting for the signaling pathway but couldn't see any pathway related to metabolism from my own analysis. Anyone knew this please share with me how I can apply to the metabolic pathway.
