Message ID#30 Error: Subject string not found in the CGI context

Hi everybody, I have a problem with blastn of NCBI. I try to blast the my sequence of primers vs all the deposed sequences on NCBI and when I click on BLAST appear the message: "Message ID#30 Error: Subject string not found in the CGI context". What does it means? Have a nice day Giorgia

Are your input sequences in multi-fasta format? Can you share a few example sequences? If not, you may want to write to BLAST support and ask.
