Hello, Does anyone know if there is an existing fungal database or fungal gene catalog for shotgun sequencing analysis of environmental (human) samples? Thank you!

Hi, We recently published FungiExpresZ - https://cparsania.shinyapps.io/FungiExpresZ/ - contains fungal gene expression data from >15,000 SRA samples.
