Hello,

Currently, I'm doing an update on the genome of Ginkgo biloba . I used 146 paired-end Ginkgo samples from NCBI and the process is running. Unfortunately, 2 of 146 samples are Cycads species (Encephalartos natalensis) and they are in the running process. I missed both to remove.

Having these two samples in my current process can cause problems to update the genome of Ginkgo biloba or not?

Should I start the process from beginning?
