How to load several modules at the same time?

Hi

I need to make comparisons among different classes of plants and I was wondering if there is a code/script that can load different modules (Trinitity, SRA tools, miniconda etc,) all together?

Are you specifically asking about conda? You could create an environment that has all the programs you need and activate that one environment.

If you are referring to modules software system then you can add/load multiple modules on the same module add command.
