Updated InterVar annotations

Hi all,

I've tried InterVar annotation, but I would need the annotation of ACMG score on account on updated or specific DB (e.g. exac and NOT 1000genomes, esp).

Alternatively. I'd like to perform ONLY the annotation of the ACMG score starting from Annovar annotation.

Any suggestions?
