Hi everyone, just a question, how memory Cuffdiff analysis needs? I've tried with 6GB and 10GB but in both cases I got the message "TERM_MEMLIMIT: job killed after reaching LSF memory usage limit". Thanks
Those are tiny limits on a cluster. Surely you can request 32 or 64G? Can you also check if cuffdiff has a memory usage parameter?
I been looking for cuffdiff memory usage but I have not found a satisfactory answer... I'm going to try with 32 and 64G...Thanks!
