Hi all I am trying to install Tophat on Ubuntu 10.04. i am freshman about linux. in other words i don't know any thing about linux. i installed boost after run ./bootstrap.sh, b2 and bjam were created. then i run :./bjam --prefix=/usr/local/bin/ link=static \ runtime-link=static stage install but running into the following error which I cannot figure out.

i searched in the web but i couldnt solved my problem if possible help me. i have to say that already i installed samtools and bowtie successfully.
i really need to install tophat for my project. and if there is a simple user guide to install tophat, notify me plz. thanks a lot in advance
