CUT&TAG and CUT&RUN

Dear all,

referring to CUT&TAG and CUT&RUN techniques, i was wondering if someone has been already working on these techniques, and more specifically :

-- if the standard peak callers in ChIP-seq (HOMER, SICER, MACS2) would be well-accepted (from a statistical point of view) on CUT&TAG and CUT&RUN samples ;

-- if anyone could recommend a good company that provides good CUT&TAG and CUT&RUN related services;

I've not used them myself, but talking to other that have.... The standard tools give very different results from the software from the CUT&RUN authors. I think I remember them saying that MACS etc was far less sensitive. Who knows which is correct.
