EUPAN Toolkits error

hi dear friends i hope you are doing well

I'm still with EUPAN toolkits, I ran the following command: "eupan bam2bed panBam / data / covRegion /" but it gave me this error:

Process sample panBam / data / sampleC / sh: 1: bam2cov: Permission denied Process sample panBam / data / sampleB / sh: 1: bam2cov: Permission denied Process sample panBam / data / sampleA / sh: 1: bam2cov: Permission denied

I don't know what exactly the problem is. Can you help me please ? and thank you in advance.

If you believe that the syntax of the command is correct, I will recommend to check the permission set on your script/bin files. The command should have executable permission set and the input files should have read permission set. On linux system use chmod command to set permissions.
