I am analyzing a network with 1200 nodes and 1488 edges and I want to identify several network motives, i did creat them with netmatch as well (3 nodes with differently directed edges), but all the time I want to match the motiv with my network, cytoscape crahes completely. I get the information how many matches has been found, but the results can't be shown. Is it a problem with the processing power of my Laptop or is my network to huge? Could I creat subnetworks to analyze it proberly?
Can provide some additional information for us? Specifically, what version of Cytoscape are you using, what OS, and what version of Java. Also, if you can run Cytoscape in a shell window and paste in the backtrace, it would be helpful.
