Good Morning, I am using SVDetect for the detection of structural variants. I've correctly prepared the configuration file, taking care to specify each file and parameter in the correct block. However, when I try to run the program through the following command line

SVDetect linking filtering -conf configuration_file.txt

it seems to work, but after a couple of hours the process stops and the terminal gives me this message:

Killed: 9

I have looked up and as far as I know this should be a RAM problem, but I don't think so as I have 64GB of RAM on my computer. Did anybody bump into the same situation?

Thank you in advance
