Hi, in our lab we would like to start analyzing snRNA sequencing data from human samples.

We would like to buy a laptop for such analysis, what would you recommend? Our institute doesn't have its own computer cluster, but we have access to LISA (linux compute cluster) or HPC cloud (virtual environment). What would it be the best solution for serious computing?

Some more info: We will perform 10X Genomics Chromium so we will need to use CellRanger, and do clustering, DEG analysis, velocity analysis, and pseudotiming (in R and Python). We will have about 45 samples (likely we will multiplex in batches of 3) and we have about 10 000 nuclei /sample.

Thank you to anyone who will reply :)

Best,

Giorgia
