What is the common lncRNA-target reference file with proper lncRNA gene name?

Hi,

I am writing to ask, is there any standard lncRNA reference file to show the possible targets of each Mmu lncRNA? I looked into the reference files on Lnc2Target and RNA Interactome databases but then the lncRNA names in their ref files are very different from the Gencode annotation file. In the Lnc2Target and RNA Interactome databases, there are lncRNA names like "linc1380 or linc4552" which are not the case in the Gencode annotation file.

Any help would be appreciated.
