Hi all,

I have a .fna file with 454 reads. I want to cluster them. How can I use MIRA for this purpose?

Why not use a clustering program for this? There are so many. If you provide some details on what you are trying to do then we could suggest some clustering programs.

Hi Albert,

I already done clustering of 454 reads using UCLUST. But we did not get sufficient hits. So I decided to do another clustering algorithm for making superclusters of the existing 454 clusters to check if there will be any increase in hits. I already have MIRA3.

Thanks, D.
