Gb_Acc, Transcription Start And End

I need to get transcription start and end for the GB_ACC (hg18/NCBI36). After uploading the list in UCSC i am getting a message saying:

•Note: 6153 of the 25847 given identifiers (e.g. AF520801) have no match in table refGene, field name or in alias table refLink, field name. Try the "describe table schema" button for more information about the table and field. How should i describe table schema.

Your help will be appreciated.

Describe Table Schema just tells the summary of the tables, what entries are present there and in which amount.

Schema for RefSeq Genes - RefSeq Genes
Database: hg18    Primary Table: refGene    Row Count: 42,461
Format description: A gene prediction with some additional info.

When you click the button saying describe table schema, you get this summary, may be you need some other table like UCSC genes for the identifiers you have.
