Is there any difference between Post-GWAS characterization of SNPs between plant and human? Can same strategies can be followed in plant as prevalent in human, where SNPs are mostly identified through case control studies while in plants mostly they target a quantitative trait? How the post-GWAS studies should be followed in case where we are targeting a quantitative trait? Biostar is working as a mentor for me and most of things I've learned from here.
