How To Compare Sgr Files Representing Window Scores From Chip/Damid Experiments?

I have some SGR files representing window scores from ChIP/DamID experiments which I'd like to compare. I am well aware of the options available to compare BED files, but I'd like to compare SGR files instead, as they contain a lot more information. Obviously converting the SGR file to some other format is perfectly fine.

Is there anything available?
